Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund less shipping cost.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS

Returns are allowed with receipt and original, intact packaging only. Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box. All returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs.

Important: please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Mango Gifts immediately. Shipping costs from Mango Gifts will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 3 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 3 days.
